Rooms for a good price with nice decor and modern bathrooms, excellent service, and a convenient central location, making it a great place to explore.

A great thing about this place is that it's smack dab in the heart of where everything's happening 🌟.

We booked and paid for double room but when we arrived we were given the whole apartment! just for two of us!! Breakfast was quite modest but fresh, cappuccino was good. Also Location is just rerfect! 5 min to St Marco and 5-10 min to Rialto.

Hotel san Zulian is superbly situated for convenience of access to the central areas of Venice although views were limited to roofscapes. We have stayed there before and would be happy to return.

Although a lift has been installed, there were still stairs to reach our room. It would have been helpful when booking to have a chance to indicate that this would be inconvenient.

Reasonably priced and good value property with very amiable employees in the reception desk. Easy central location, really close to all tourist areas in Venice.

We arrived after dark by water taxi after having had our GPS stolen at the carpark. The hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful as to where to find a replacement that evening. the location is directly between Rialto and Piazza san Marco so it is within 5 minutes to all the sites and sounds and experiences of Venice. Brilliant.

The hotel offers good value for the price. the staff at the reception desk is very friendly. - the location is the best, close to the main area and a quaint bookshop.

The service was really good: good, qualified staff and a nice breakfast at our room. Next to it, the room we had (upper level) was romantic, spacious and had a beautiful view over the city. The hotel lies in the center of the city, near Piazzo San Marco and was easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.
